About Us

In 2007, Brian was notified that the small machine shop he worked in was closing as the owner was retiring. It had always been Brian and his wife Joanne’s goal to have their own shop, and this was the perfect opportunity to begin. They purchased the automatic screw machines he had worked on for over 10 years and Blue Steel Machining was established.

We at Blue Steel look to be efficient and streamline. Although the older machines consistently create high quality parts, we have added a high end CNC Swiss machine to the shop. This has allowed Blue Steel to produce more complex parts at tighter tolerances and faster cycle times. The machine has the ability for the parts to come off the machine complete. We are always researching for better machinery to eventually replace the older cam automatics that have served the industry for so many years.

Blue Steel manages to efficiently run on a small staff, allowing prices to remain competitive and customer relationships to remain personal.
